  3. Review appraisal and provide lender with additional information if necessary
  4. Reconfirm verification of documents
  5. Submit to lenders processing department.

  7. Submit most recent documents to lender for review
  8. Lender’s underwriting department reviews package
  9. Underwriting department sets final conditions for  consummating loan
  10. Provide additional information and documents to satisfy conditions set by underwriting
  11. Request loan documents be sent to escrow
  12. Escrow reviews loan docs and checks for any additional prior to funding conditions.
  13. Borrower signs loan docs
  14. Borrower gives check to escrow for down payment and closing costs.
  15. Escrow returns docs to lender with statement that borrower funds have been received.

  17. Funds are released to escrow
  18. Escrow records the transaction
  19. Funds are released as per agreements
