34. Obtain disclosures as to presence of lead, radon, and mold -all damaging to your health
35. In compliance with Megan?€?s law obtain information as to the presence of sexual predators
36. Confirm that water heaters are strapped so that they are safe in an earthquake
37. Determine if smoke detectors work
38. Verify agreed upon repairs are completed
39. Arrange for a homeowners warranty to repair appliances and other defects after closing.
40. Assist in obtaining home owners casualty insurance
41. Provide lender with proof of insurance
